Business Administrative Assistant

TCSP is offering an Administrative Assistant position. The employee will have the opportunity to become very involved in the daily takes and events of running a business. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Business Development Associate in the administrative, business management and creative aspects of the company.

TCSP is one of the most reputable “IT Services”companies in Fairfield County and the neighboring communities. Responsibilities:

  • Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape.
  • Managing and following up on marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Keep inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
  • Some bookkeeping as directed.
  • General office support.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels with clients including phone, email and in-person.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills.
