TCSP is subject to periodic reviews by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). TCSP is required to report any change in the status of TCSP business affecting the daily ethnic participation in ownership, its management, and the ability of TCSP to meet product demand.All TCSP business transactions, including billing and payment remittance, must be conducted under the name appearing on the TCSP MBE certificate.
