IT Support Agreement

For two weeks a software developer and its support team tried to solve a problem that I had, hours of phone calls and remote login and they couldn’t identify the origin of the problem and certainly not solving it. Just before I gave up and almost bought a new software from their competitor, I called TCSP. It is hard to believe, but in less than 15 minutes of login they solved the problem.

My advice don’t waste your time Just call TCSP, fast response, great professional people, easy to work with and the most important they are problem solvers.
