How to enable screen sharing in a Zoom meeting

When sharing your screen in a Zoom meeting, it is possible to allow other members of the meeting to share their screen.  Additionally, you can allow screen share for multiple screens/members.

To Allow Screen Sharing:

1. Click the arrow next to the Screen Share button.
2. Select Advanced Sharing Options…
   
3. Under the Who can share? tab, select the All Participants option.

To Allow Multiple Members of the Meeting to Share Their Screen:

(NOTE: It is recommended that members of the meeting have 2 or more monitors if you are enabling this option.)

1. Click the arrow next to the Screen Share button.
2. Select Advanced Sharing Options…
3. Under the How many participants can share at the same time? Tab, select the Multiple participants can share simultaneously option.
