Update or Remove CCleaner

Dear Client,

If you are using CCleaner or have it installed on your computer, please update the software or uninstall it.

Avast and Piriform (company that develops CCleaner) have reported that older versions of CCleaner could be targeted by hackers to still personal information. Therefore, we encourage our customers to update or remove their current version of CCleaner.

IT Support Agreement Holders

Do you have a support agreement with TCSP? Great news, no action is required on your part. However, please ensure that your devices are online (connected to the Internet) to receive the latest updates and modifications applied by TCSP.

Please be aware that our technicians are manually verifying the removal of CCleaner in all devices and they will log the appropriate information in our ticketing system. Once the process is done, you will receive an email notification with details of the work performed (if applicable).
