Disable another user’s sign-in in Office 365

  1. Sign-in to Office 365 with an administrator account.
  2. From the top navigation, click the App Launcher icon  Office 365 App launcher

  3. Choose Admin from the list of apps.

  4. From the left navigation, select Users > Active Users.

  5. On the Active users page and select the user. A new panel will open from the right side.

  6. From the right panel, click Edit next to Sign-in status.

  7. Select Sign-in blocked and click Save.
